Identification by mobile device

Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application.

​

The principal way in which we identify users of our system is by means of the telephone serial number (IMEI) or by other unique code of their mobile device.  Accordingly, access by an unauthorized party to a mobile device is likely to enable such party to exploit the  Application installed on the mobile device of the user. We entreat users to guard and protect their mobile devices by security means such as access code and/or use of electronic fingerprints to open the mobile device, in order to protect their privacy and prevent unauthorized use of the Application.

Please note, the use of the information that you gather by means of the Application may be subject to legal restrictions, including but not limited to those applicable to employers with respect to employee privacy laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for using the Application in compliance with all relevant law.

Types of information

​

This Privacy Policy relates to two distinct types of information. "Personal information" is the entirety of data that is likely in itself, or when found next to other data, to be used to identify a person, and including first name, family name, residential address/mailing address, profile picture, email address and any other private detail that you shall provide to Wizelink at the time of use of the services by means of the Application. The personal information that you provided to Wizelink (other than details relating to payment processing, as detailed below) shall be maintained in a secured database by Wizelink and access to it shall be limited.  Furthermore, information regarding specific uses that you made by means of the Application, including, without limitation, dates of usage, location, pictures, video, voice recording, text, forms and general reports, will also be collected by means of the Application and shall be deemed part of the "personal information" as aforesaid.

As opposed to personal information, "statistical information" is information that includes various data that are not identifying and cannot bring about the exposure and discovery of the source of the data.  The statistical information collected by us and by third parties is likely to include information regarding your patterns of usage of the Application, the services which you requested, the geographical location of the cellular device from which you connected to the Application, etc.  The statistical information collected by the Application is stored separately from the personal information about you, and its usage is different from the use made by Wizelink of personal information, all as described below.

For the avoidance of doubt, all statistical information that relates to or is linked to personal information shall be deemed personal information, for so long as this connection exists.

Provision of information and collection of information

​

The personal information that you provided to Wizelink of your own initiative, at the stage of registering for the Application and/or at the time of ordering services by means of the Application and/or registering for an account, shall be saved as aforesaid in Wizelink's database (the "Database").

At the time of provision of the personal information to Wizelink, you must make sure to provide correct, complete, accurate and non-deceptive details.  Please note, you are not obligated to provide such personal information, however be aware that without the provision of such personal information, it is possible that Wizelink, the Application and the account will not be able to provide you with the requested services, including making contact with you. To the extent that there will be changes to the personal information that you provide for the Application and/or your account, you will be able to update such data.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

When you visit the Application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your (or the device's) current location.  The Application entails the sending of location reports from your device, however, we will not share this information with third parties.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you may adjust the location settings on your device accordingly, so that the Application will work even though the location is turned off. Turning location sending off also requires further setting in the server.

Use of information

​

1. Wizelink will use the personal information that you provided and/or statistical information collected by it for purposes of provision of the services, and for purposes of changing and approving content, and the services of the Application such that it will be suited to the nature of the users of the Application, including their actual preferences, as shall be reflected from the analysis of the statistical information that Wizelink shall collect regarding patterns of usage of users of the Application.
    

2. Wizelink shall use the personal information that you provided in order to contact you as needed by means of email and/or text messages according to the details that you provided at the time of registration in connection with your use of the Application, and/or to send you from time to time newsletters and/or messages, as well as updates of special offers of the Application, improvements to the services provided and/or the products offered, notices. If you wish to stop receiving such notifications, this may be done by sending a request to be removed from the mailing list via email to the Application at the address: info@wizelink.com

3. Wizelink will use the statistical information collected and stored with it to assure operation of the Application and to develop and improve the structure of the Application and the services provided by it, etc.
    

4. Wizelink is entitled to use the information that you provided or information that it collects for any other purpose relating to the supply of the Services, including for any purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
    

5. Any use of personal information mentioned in Sections A-D above also applies to delivery of personal information by Wizelink to entities relating to Wizelink, including a parent company, subsidiary or controlled company.

 

Delivery of information to third parties

Personal information – Wizelink shall not deliver personal information to third parties except in one of the circumstances detailed below:

1. If Wizelink requested your permission, and you provided your express consent thereto;

2. If the delivery of the personal information is to representatives of Wizelink and/or someone acting on its behalf, and it is to the extent required and necessary for purposes of supplying the Services and operating the Application;

3. In order to comply with any law, including in response to a legal proceeding, discovery order or request of a court or any other authorized tribunal or authority, which directs Wizelink to deliver your details or personal information about you to the court or tribunal or other authority or to any third party;

4. In the event of a legal dispute between you and Wizelink that will require disclosure of your details; 

5. If you shall perform actions using the Application and/or via it that in the view of Wizelink violate law or contradict Wizelink's Terms of Use;

6. If Wizelink shall sell the activities of the Application and/or shall transfer in any manner the Application, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether or not for consideration, whether by means of an assignment of rights or by provision of a license or sub-license – and in the event that Wizelink shall merge with another entity or shall merge the activities of the Application with the activities of a third party.

Please note: We will not collect personal information about you without your consent, which was given, inter alia, by your acceptance of the Terms of Use.

You are not obligated to deliver personal information pursuant to law. You hereby agree and represent that the personal information that you supply to us is given of your own free will, in order that we may supply you with the services and therefore you agree that we will store the information that you provided to us in a database which may be registered in accordance with requirements of law.

Cookies and local storage

​

At the time of use of the Application, Wizelink or third parties may use technology that is customary in the industry and is known as "cookies" and Flash or similar technologies, that store certain information on the cellular device and/or the computer of the user, which enables Wizelink to operate certain attributes automatically, and improves the user experience of the user of Wizelink services. The cookies will assist Wizelink to enable operation of an automatic process of connection to the Application.

The majority of internet browsers enable users to delete cookies from the user's device, to block receipt of cookies or to receive notices before the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that, if the user deletes the cookies or does not enable their storage, or if there are the attributes of Flash, the experience of the user via the Application will be limited.

Right to view information

​

You are entitled to view the personal information that accumulates about you in Wizelink's database. Before you may view and/or update and/or delete personal information accumulated on you, we must verify your identity, in our sole discretion. Verification of your identity may include, inter alia, questions regarding your email address, a verification code that will be sent to your telephone number and/or security questions (the "Identification Process").  After we receive a request to view information, we will act in order to supply you with the requested information within a reasonable period of time. If you find that the information is wrong or not current, you are entitled to contact Wizelink to amend and/or update the information and/or if you wish to delete personal information about yourself from Wizelink's database, at the following email address info@wizelink.com.   Please note, the deletion of such information may prevent Wizelink from supplying you with the services and/or the products of the Application, in whole or in part.  If you will request from Wizelink to delete personal information about you, Wizelink reserves the right to transform the personal information into statistical information, which will not allow for your identification.

Links to third party websites

Certain links included in the Application enable users to access websites or services that are not related to Wizelink. These links are offered for your convenience only.  These websites and services are not controlled by Wizelink, Wizelink is not responsible for their availability, does not endorse them, is not responsible for any of the content (including advertisements, products and other information) that appear on them or that are ordered through them (including links included in them), and is not responsible for the privacy policy or other practices appearing on them or customary to these third parties.  Your entering into, using and reliance on such websites, services and content and any interaction between you and these third parties is at your responsibility, and you alone shall bear any expenses relating thereto.  Wizelink reserves the right to cancel or delete any link at any time.  You agree and confirm that Wizelink shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss that is caused, in relation to or as a result of any service, content, product or other information available by means of these websites or services.

Information security 

​

In the Application, Wizelink implements current information security systems and procedures.  You should note that although these systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized penetration to Wizelink's computer systems and servers, they do not provide absolute protection against hacking and/or such unauthorized access.  Therefore, Wizelink does not undertake that its Services will be totally resistant to penetration or unauthorized access to information stored on Wizelink's computer systems. Furthermore, you must guard your user name and password to the Application, and avoid disclosing them to any other person and you should make sure to change your password every few months.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.

Changes to Privacy Policy
