EZGuard Reports

With EZGuard reports you can view all the reports from the field, from the most recent reports to the oldest.
Including downloading forms and reports and exporting data

Reports – Scans

  1. Where can I see all the scans that was reported?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Clicking the "Scans" button

  2. How can I change the time view of the scan's reports?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Clicking the "Scans" button

    4. Under the column "Reported" there is a time button

    5. The default will be "Last 24 hours"

    6. As you click on the time, you can choose different time range or custom range

    7. To reset to default, click on "Reset Filters" at the top right corner

  3. Where can I see the checkpoint name?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Clicking the "Scans" button

    4. Under the column "Checkpoint"

  4. Where can I see the checkpoint details?

  6. What the eye icon at the verification column in scans means?

    1. The eye icon means that there is no verification action, that can be for 2 options

      1. There is no camera permission on the phone reporting

      2. There is no camera permission for the site

  7. Where can I see the checkpoint route name?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Clicking the "Scans" button

    4. Under the column "Route"

    5. Note – there is a possibility that the checkpoint isn’t assign to a route or wasn't scanned in the rout tome frame

  8. Where can I see the phone that the scan was report from?

    5. You will see a globe icon

    6. As you click on that, a map window with the location will be open

Reports – Form Submission

  1. Where can I see all the forms that was reported?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Choose "Form Submission" button

  2. How to see the form detail of a form submission?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Choose "Form Submission" button

    4. Next to the form name, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, a form detail window will be open

  3. How to download a form that was reported?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Choose "Form Submission" button

    4. Next to the form name, there is a 3 dots button

    5. As you click on that, a drill down list with download option will be open

    6. Choose your download option and click on it and the file will be downloaded to your "Download" folder in your computer

  4. Where can I see the form name in form submission?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    3. Choose "Form Submission" button

    4. Under the column "Name"

  5. Where can I see the form status in form submission?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the reports menu

    4. Under the column "status"

    5. Note – If the status is not automatically turned on in the form settings, if no one updated a status manually, you will see "None"

  6. Where can I update a form status?

    3. Choose "Form Submission" button

    4. Next to the form name, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, a form detail window will be open

    6. Under the Processing Status you will see "+Add Update" button or "Add status"

    7. As you click on that, you can update the form status

    8. When finished editing, you can click on "Save Changes" at the top right corner

  1. Where can I see all the incidents that was reported?
