EZGuard Management - Phones

In the EZGuard phone management you can edit the app permissions on the phone and connect and disconnect the EZGuard app

  1. Where can I see what phones I have in a company or a site?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phones" button

    4. Here you can see the phones you have

  2. How can I see the phone app ID?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "App ID" you can see all app ID that have been listed

  3. How can I see the phone number?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Phone Number" you can see all app ID that have been listed

    5. Note – the phones number are added by the users

  4. How can I see do which site the phone is listed?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Site" you can see the site that the phone is listed to

  5. How can I see do which company the phone is listed?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Company" you can see the site that the phone is listed to

  6. Where I can see when the phone was created?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Created" you can see the date and time

  7. Where can I see when is the last time that the phone has been active?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Last Activity" you can see the last active date and time

  8. Where I can see app version in phones?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "App Version"

  9. Where I can see if there is an unsent report for a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Unsent Reports"

  10. How to find inactive phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Under the column "Active" the default that you see is "Yes". You can click on "Yes" and change to all or no and you will see the inactive phones

  11. How to download daily activity report for a specific phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone name you have 3 dots button, as you click on that button a drill down list will open and an "Download Daily Activity Report" button

    5. As you click on "Download Daily Activity Report" a PDF file will be downloaded to your download file in your computers

  12. How to export phones list?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. On the top right corner there is an "Export Data" button

    5. As you click on that, there is a drill down list with "Excel – Raw Data" button

    6. As you click on "Excel – Raw Data" a EXCEL file will be downloaded to your download file in your computers

  13. How to add a new phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. On the top right corner there is an "+Add" button

    5. As you click on that an edit page will be open

    6. NOTE – you need to fill all the required details to complete

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  14. How to edit phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  15. How to inactive a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to inactive there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Next to the title "Active" there is a switch button

    7. As you click on that (switch to "Off") the phone will be inactive

    8. Click on "Save" at the bottom to the page to save

  16. How to change the phone name?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Next to the "Name" title you can change the name at the fill box

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  17. How to change the phone number?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Next to the "Phone Number" title you can change the number at the fill box

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  18. How to active / inactive route reminder for a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Next to the "Route Reminders" you have a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  19. How to active / inactive scan verifications for phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Next to the "Scan Verification" you have a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  20. How to active / inactive the option for a phone to work on WIFI?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    6. Next to the "WiFi" you have a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  21. How to active / inactive personnel headcount access for a phone?

    7. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  22. How to active / inactive scan feature for a phone?

  27. How to active / inactive attendance report feature for a phone?

    7. Next to it there is a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  28. How to active / inactive my location feature for a phone?

    6. Under the title "My Location" you have "incident report" title

    7. Next to it there is a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  29. How to active / inactive task request feature for a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Under the title "Task Request" you have "incident report" title

    7. Next to it there is a switch bottom that you can click on to turn the reminders on and off

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  30. How to set specific panic SMS setting for a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Under the title "Panic Setting" you can choose "Set different settings specifically for this phone"

    7. As you click on that, a text box will aper to edit

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  31. How to set specific location SMS setting for a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Under the title "Location Setting" you can choose "Set different settings specifically for this phone"

    7. As you click on that, a text box will aper to edit

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  32. How to register the app to a phone?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Under the title "App Registration" you will see two options:

      1. If there is an app already registered to the phone, you will see "Replace Registered App ID" checkbox

      2. If there isn’t an app registered to the phone, you will see "Register A New App ID" checkbox

    7. As you click on each checkbox, two option to register will appear

      1. Register by scanning QR code with the EZGuard app

      2. Register by entering app ID number manually

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page

  33. How to detach a phone from the EZGuard app?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Management menu

    3. Choose "Phone" button

    4. Next to the phone you want to edit there is an "Edit" button

    5. As you click on "Edit" an edit page will be open

    6. Under the title "App Registration" there is an "Detach" checkbox

    7. After marking the "Detach" checkbox, click on "Save" at the bottom of the page and the app will be detached from the phone
