EZGuard Logs

EZGuard Logs allow users to manage event logs, send push notifications and track emails sent automatically from the system

Logs - Event Log

  1. Where can I see the event log?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

  2. How to see event log details?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the left side of the event row, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, an event window will be open with all the details

  3. How to download PDF of an event?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the left side of the event row, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, an event window will be open

    6. At the top right corner, there is a 3 dots button

    7. As you click on that, there will be a "Download PDF" button

    8. As you click on that, a PDF file will be downloaded to your download computer

  4. Where can I see the date and time that the event was created?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. Under the column "Created"

  5. Where can I see the status of the event?

  6. Where can I see the event type?

  10. Where can I see to which site the event belong to?

  11. Where can I see who sent the event?

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. Under the column "Sent By"

  12. Where can I see the position of who sent the event?

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    4. Under the column "Position"

  13. How to download the event log data?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the top right corner, there is an "Export Data" button

    5. As you click on that, you can choose between download data as a excel file or a PDF file

    6. Choose each of them, and the file will be downloaded to your "Download" folder

  14. How to add an event to the event log?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the top right corner, there is an "+Add" button

    5. As you click on that, an edit window will be open

    6. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the top of the window

  15. Where can I see the status history of an event?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the left side of the event row, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, an event window will be open with all the details

    6. Under the title "Previous Processing Updates" you can see the status history

  16. How to update a status for event?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Event Log" button

    4. At the left side of the event row, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, an event window will be open with all the details

    6. Under the title "Add Status Update" you can update the status type and notes

    7. To save the update click on "Save Changes" at the top of the window


Logs – Push Messaging

  1. Where can I see push messages?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Push Messaging" button

  2. Where can I see the send time of a push message?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Push Messaging" button

    4. Under the column "Send Time"

  3. Where can I see the subject of a push message?

    3. Choose "Push Messaging" button

    4. Under the column "Subject"

  8. How to send a new push messaging?

    3. Choose "Push Messaging" button

    4. On the top right corner, there is a "Push messaging" button

    5. As you click on that, an edit message window will be open

    6. When finished editing, click on "Send Message to X Phones" at the bottom of the window


Logs – Outgoing Emails

  1. Where can I see all the outgoing emails from the system?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Outgoing Emails" button

  2. Where can I see the send time of an email?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Outgoing Emails" button

    4. Under the column "Time"

  3. Where can I see the sending status of an email?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. In the menu on the left side, scroll to the Logs menu

    3. Choose "Outgoing Emails" button

    4. Under the column "Sending Status"

    5. Note – There will always be an "Pending Delivery" row and after that an "Delivered" or "Deferred" row

  4. Where can I see the recipient of an email?

    3. Choose "Outgoing Emails" button

    4. Under the column "Recipient"
