EZGuard Dashboards allow managers and control centers to control all reports from the field in one place

Dashboard

Last 24 Hours

  1. What is the last 24 hours dashboard?

    1. You can see all the activity in the last 24 hours

    2. You can see the total report number for the last 24 hours of – route exceptions, panic alert, scans, event log items, my location, form submission, incident reports and attendance reports

    3. As you click on each total number, you will transfer to the specific page you clicked on

    4. You can also see all the reports on a map

  2. How to open "Last 24 Hours" dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Last 24 Hours" button

  3. How to send push message from the last 24 hours dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Last 24 Hours" button

    4. At the top right corner there is a "Push Messaging" button

    5. As you click on that, an edit message window will be open

    6. When finished editing the massage, click on "Send Message to X Phone" for sending


SOC View


  1. How to open SOC view?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "SOC View" button

  2. What can I see in SOC view?

    1. You can see the total reports from your phones

    2. You can see the stuck items

    3. You can see different reports type in different window as form submissions, event log, Route exception, panic alert and incident reports

    4. There you can change the report status

    5. Note – in this view you can see only reports on status "New" or "Processing"

  3. How to update status to a report on SOC view?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "SOC View" button

    4. On the left side on each report row, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, a report detail will be open

    6. Under the Processing Status you will see "+Add Update" button or "Add status"

    7. As you click on that, you can update the status

    8. When finished editing, you can click on "Save Changes" at the top right corner

  4. How to send push message from SOC view?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "SOC View" button

    4. At the top right corner there is a "Push Messaging" button

    5. As you click on that, an edit message window will be open

    6. When finished editing the massage, click on "Send Message to X Phone" for sending

  1. How to open tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

  2. How to update status for tasks in tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. In the "Currently Active Tasks" window, on the left side on each task, there is an "Open" button

    5. As you click on that, a report detail will be open

    6. Under the Processing Status you will see "+Add Update" button or "Add status"

    7. As you click on that, you can update the status

    8. When finished editing, you can click on "Save Changes" at the top right corner

  3. How can I see the future tasks in tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. In the "Tasks Starting In …" window you can choose the time frame and see the future tasks

  4. How to manage future tasks in tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. In the "Tasks Starting In …" window you can see the tasks

    5. Next to each task, there is a "Manage" button

    6. As you click on that, an edit page will be open

  5. How to update tasks that wasn’t closed manually from the tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. In the "Tasks ended as Unperformed (Last 7 Days)" window you can see the tasks

    5. Next to each task, there is an "Open" button

    6. As you click on that, a task detail window will be open

    7. Under the title "+Add Status Update" you can update the tasks

    8. When finished editing, click on "Save" at the bottom of the window

  6. How to send push message from tasks dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "SOC View" button

    4. At the top right corner there is a "Push Messaging" button

    5. As you click on that, an edit message window will be open

    6. When finished editing the massage, click on "Send Message to X Phone" for sending

  1. How to open Personnel Headcount dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

  2. How can I filter the status in personnel headcount dashboard?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. Under the column "Status" the is a "All" button

    5. As you click on that, you can filter the status view

  3. How to export personnel headcount data?

    1. Enter EZGuard website

    2. At the top menu on the left side, there is a dashboard menu

    3. Choose the "Tasks" button

    4. On the top right corner, there is an "Export Data" button

    5. As you click on that, there will be a drill down list with export option

    6. Choose you export option and the file will be downloaded to your "Download" folder in your computer
