EZGuard App guide
1. How do I download the app?
1.1. Log in to the App Store - Google Play \ App Store
1.2. Search - EZGuard
1.3. Choose the EZGuard app with the Bee logo
1.4. Install the app
1.5. After downloading the app, the first screen will be the registry screen
1.6. A registration must be made in the EZGuard management website
2. How do I register for the app?
2.1. A registration number containing 15 digits will appear on the registration screen in the application
2.2. Go to the EZGuard website, in the menu on the right side, under the heading "Management" select "Phones"
2.3. To the right of the relevant phone will be the "Edit" button
2.4. After pressing this button will open the phone edit page
2.5. On the left you can click on "Register a new app ID" or "Replace an existing app ID" if the phone was already registered elsewhere.
2.6. When you click on this button, 2 options will open:
2.6.1. Manual registration of the ID number that appears on the application screen
2.6.2. Download a barcode and scan the barcode from the app
2.7. After associating the app, click "Save" at the bottom of the page
2.8. After registering on the site, click on "Check registration" in the application
3. Where do I see the name of the phone to which the app is associated?
3.1. On the main screen of the app, the name of the associated phone will appear in the header bar
4. How do I see if the app is connected online or not?
4.1. Below the logo, you will see a "ONLINE" green marking that says the phone is connected online
4.2. Or an "OFFLINE" red marking indicating that the phone is not connected online
5. Where do I see if there are any unsent reports?
5.1. Below the phone name, you will see "0 unsent reports", the number indicates how many reports have not yet been sent
6. Why are there unreported reports?
6.1. An unsent report is due to a lack of communication, make sure there is internet reception on the phone or through a cellular network or via WIFI.
Routes:
7. Where do I see my routes?
7.1. On the home screen, to the left of the barcode scanner button there is a "Routes" button
7.2. When you click this button, the routes window will open
8. Where do I see what routes are available to me?
8.1. On the home screen, to the left of the barcode scanner button there is a "Routes" button
8.2. When you click this button, the route window will open
8.3. In the bottom menu, select "Available"
8.4. Please note - Available routes are scheduled routes that have an active time frame or routes that are not scheduled at all in the route scheduler and are always available
9. Where do I see some of my future routes?
9.1. On the home screen, to the left of the barcode scanner button there is a "Routes" button
9.2. When you click this button, the routes window will open
9.3. In the bottom menu, select "Future"
9.4. On this screen you will see the scheduled routes in the next 8 hours
10. Where do I see the future routes calendar?
10.1. On the home screen, to the left of the barcode scanner button there is a "Routes" button
10.2. When you click this button, the routes window will open
10.3. In the bottom menu, select "Calendar"
10.4. In this screen you can see the routes calendar for the next 7 days
11. Where do I see my routes history?
11.1. On the home screen, to the left of the barcode scanner button there is a "Routes" button
11.2. When you click this button, the Routes window will open
11.3. In the bottom menu, select "History"
11.4. In this screen you will see the entire routes history and the end status.
12. What do the different types of tour statuses say in my tour history?
12.1. Completed - The route was completed successfully
12.2. Partially Completed - the route ended but not all checkpoints were scanned
12.3. Not Completed - A scheduled route that was not performed within the set time frame
13. How do I scan barcodes?
13.1. On the home screen, you can see a blue round button "Scan Barcode"
13.2. When you click this button, the barcode scanner will open and it will be possible to scan a barcode
14. How do I know if a barcode has been scanned?
14.1. When scanning the barcode, a square will appear around the barcode, there will be a scanning sound, the screen will load and will return to the home screen.
15. I'm trying to scan a barcode and it's not scanned, why?
15.1. In case the barcode scanner fails to detect the barcode there are several options:
15.1.1. The angle of the camera to the barcode is indirect - you have to play with the angle and the distance
15.1.2. Lighting / direct light on the barcode does not allow reading of the barcode
15.1.3. Not an EZGuard barcode
16. How do I verify that a scan has been sent?
16.1. You can see in the header if there is a report that they have not been sent
16.2. In addition, you can access the phone's report history on the bottom right with the "History" button
Forms:
17. How do I open a form?
17.1. On the home screen, there are 6 different white buttons, in the first row on the left there is a "Forms" button
17.2. When you click this button, a list of forms will open
17.3. Select the relevant form, fill it out and send it
18. How do I save a form as a draft?
18.1. On the home screen, there are 6 different white buttons, in the first row on the left there is a "Forms" button
18.2. When you click this button, a list of forms will open
18.3. Select the relevant form
18.4. After filling in the details you want to fill in, a button will appear below on the left side "Save as draft"
18.5. When clicking this button, the form will be saved as a draft to be filled out later
19. I filled out the form but it doesn't allow me to send, why?
19.1. Pay attention to fill in all the mandatory fields in the form, if all the mandatory fields in the form are not completed, it will not be possible to send the form
Incident Report:
20.How do I open an incident report?

20.3. All relevant and mandatory fields must be filled in and the report sent
21. I filled out the report but it does not allow me to send, why?
21.1. Pay attention to fill in all the mandatory fields in the form, if all the mandatory fields in the form are not completed, it will not be possible to send the form
ToDo's:

23. How do I update a status for an assignment?
23.1. On the home screen, there are 6 different white buttons, in the middle row on the left there is a button " Todo's"
23.2. When you click this button, the task window will open
23.3. Click on the task whose status you want to update. The assignment will open in the "Review" window
23.4. In order to update status, go to the "Update Status" window by clicking on the "Update Status" button at the bottom of the application on the left side
23.5. Fill in the relevant fields and when finished click "Send"
Attendance:

My Location:
25. How do I activate / close my location?
25.1. On the home screen, there are 6 different white buttons, in the bottom row on the right there is a "My Location" button
25.2. When you click this button, My Location will be activated
25.3. In order to close my location, click on it again
25.4. Please note - my location will remain active until it is closed
Messages:
26. Where do I see messages sent to me?
26.1. On the home screen, in the bottom menu on the left, there is an "Messages" button
26.2. When you click this button, you will be able to see all the messages associated with
27. How do I mark that a message has been read?
27.1. In order for a message to be marked as "read", the message must be opened
28. How do I mark a message item as a favorite?
28.1. In order to mark a message as a favorite, the message must be opened and there will be a star sign in the header

29. How do I delete a message?

Panic Alert:
30. How do I activate a panic alert?
30.1. Down in the center of the screen there is a red round button "Panic"
30.2. Press it for 3 seconds and the panic alert will be activated

Report History:
31. Where do I see the history of all reports sent from the phone?

Personnel headcount:
34. Where do I see the personnel headcount status?

34.3. Please note - if the button does not appear, the function permission must be opened by editing the phone settings
35. How do I update an employee's status in the personnel headcount?
35.1. On the home screen, on the top right, there is a button with 3 lines
35.2. When you click on the menu, you will see a "Personnel headcount" button
35.3. To the left of the employee's name is a check circle
35.4. When clicking on the circle, a worker status editing window will open
35.5. You can update present / not present status and if present then also if OK or not OK

Settings:

40. How do I clear unsent reports?
40.1. On the home screen, on the top right, there is a button with 3 lines
40.2. When you click on the menu, you will see a "Settings" button
40.3. Under the heading "Maintenance" there is a row of "cleaning unsent reports" and next to the heading a delete icon
40.4. When clicking the delete button the reports will be deleted
40.5. Please note - what has not yet been sent to the system will be deleted and will not be transferred to the system.
41. How do I delete all saved drafts?
41.1. On the home screen, on the top right, there is a button with 3 lines
41.2. When you click on the menu, you will see a "Settings" button
41.3. Under the heading "Maintenance" there is a line of "Delete all saved drafts" and next to the heading a deletion icon
41.4. When you click the delete button the drafts will be deleted
41.5. Please note - all information that has not yet been sent to the system and was only a draft will be deleted.
42. How do I refresh available routes?
42.1. On the home screen, on the top right, there is a button with 3 lines
42.2. When you click on the menu, you will see a "Settings" button
42.3. Under the heading "Maintenance" there is a line "Refresh available routes"
42.4. When you click the refresh button, the routes are refreshed
42.5. Please note - all the information on the available routes will be updated and the previous information will be deleted.
